Villa AEA del Mare was created with deep respect for Dalmatian architecture and local heritage by Croatian General. The residence was carefully restored and completed in 2025, combining the timeless character of Mediterranean design with modern comfort. During the renovation, natural stone sourced from the regions of Brač, Plano and Trogir was used — materials that have shaped the architecture of the Dalmatian coast for centuries. The result is a residence with a timeless character, harmoniously integrated into the landscape of the Adriatic.

The villa is located on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian coastline. From its terraces, guests can admire the islands of Brač and Šolta as well as the ever-changing light over the Dalmatian landscape throughout the day. Mornings begin with the calm of the sea, while evenings end with spectacular sunsets over the Adriatic.
